Dear Club
Members,
We are very
excited to introduce Project "Vineyard", initiated by Hermann
Delliehausen and Markus Simmler. Together with Markus, our experienced
winemaker, we invite you to experience a year in the vineyard and learn about
everything that goes into producing wine.
The project
includes both practical work in the vineyard and a wealth of information about
the vine, wine, and the entire production process. Of course, social
gatherings, food & beverage will also be an integral part of the
experience.
The project has already been presented to our club's board and at the last club
meeting on January 14, 2025, where it received full support. We are now pleased
to officially present it to all club members.
Our vision is
to repeat this project annually and produce our own wine together, which can
then be purchased within our club. For 2025, four fixed dates are planned,
with the first event taking place on Saturday, March 15th 2025.
The
participation fee is CHF 250 per person for all four events and has to be paid
upfront (see
presentation). Club members, their partners, and friends are warmly invited to
participate as well.
The minimum
number of participants is 15. If you have any questions, Markus and Hermann are
happy to assist.
We kindly
ask for your binding registration by email to Markus by latest Friday evening, February 21, 2025
(please do not use Polaris).
